Lawn-King SC42 Petrol Scarifier

The Lawn-KingSC42 Scarifier has pressed steel deck with a working width of 42cm and is fitted with a 125cc Briggs & Stratton engine. Fifteen double ended carbon steel blades rotating at 3600rpm are adjustable to a maximum depth of 3/4. The depth of cut is controlled by a lever conveniently located on the handles. The machine rolls easy on large diameter 7 3/4 wheels fitted with double ball bearings & the handles fold for easy storage. For collecting thatch a 45 L bag is supplied and there is a sprung deflector for when the bag is not in use.

Scarifying keeps large domestic lawns aerated by removing moss and thatch which suffocates the lawn and restricts the penetration of water and nutrients.
